Amazon pays commissions directly to your Associates account. Each month you share your earnings report with us, and we invoice you for 15% of that amount. Your bank details never go through us.
Creator Connections is Amazon’s program that lets brands offer bonus commissions to specific affiliates. Standard rates are typically 1–3%. We actively apply to campaigns that push those rates to 5–10% — work most clinic owners would never have time to pursue.
